About Me
I am a photographer and designer, by trade, with a passion for cosplay...
I graduated with a degree in art and have experience doing photography (weddings, events, portraits, and cosplay), graphic design, screen printing (amongst other printmaking processes), UI/ UX design, wig styling, and prop making.
I started cosplaying over 10 years ago, back when cosplay wasn't as popular as it is today. My first few wigs weren't amazing but they did their job - people could tell who I was cosplaying and I enjoyed it so much! After a few years of doing it, I ended up going on hiatus with my cosplay endeavors. Fast forward to 2022, I started going to conventions and cosplay again. I got back into wig styling and, this time, I put in an immense amount of time and labor into the craft. It felt so satisfying to create well-styled wigs. Since then, I have been consistently styling my own wigs and doing wig commissions.
Wig Commissions
I do custom wig commissions for cosplay! I have experience in doing standard wigs, helmet wigs, kigurumi wigs, as well as refurbishing/ restyling kigurumi wigs.

Business Cards | Cosplay Cards
Commissions for business and cosplay cards start at $50 USD. It includes three (3) drafts of potential designs, one (1) final deliverable, and up to one (1) revision of the design.
For business cards, I am also able and capable of doing a complete rebrand for you, starting from the ground up. The process will be more involved.

Photoshoot Bookings
For now, you can see my work at blackveilphoto.cargo.site, until I finish rebuilding my portfolio site.
Currently, I am only taking bookings for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday of Otakon '26. If you are interested in booking me, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page, email me at [email protected], or message me on Discord.
I am willing to consider booking other photoshoots but that will happen on a case-by-case basis at the moment.
